Marshals Seek Fugitive ... Again

Jeffrey Nickerson, a convicted sexual assaulter, is wanted for failure to appear on probation violations for burglary, theft of a vehicle.

This week’s New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force Fugitive of the Week is Jeffrey Paul Nickerson, who is wanted for failure to appear on probation violations following charges of burglary and theft of a motor vehicle.

Nickerson has been a fugitive before. He was arrested in June, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White, when he was found hiding inside a refrigerator in Pittsfield. In January 2014, he was arrested on outstanding warrants in Alton when he was reportedly hiding from marshals in an apartment on Main Street. Nickerson was convicted of three counts of sexual assault back in June 1994.

White warned that he was an “escape risk” and also is “known to abuse drugs.” He should be considered “armed and dangerous,” according to the alert.

“Nickerson is known to have ties to the Alton, Pittsfield, Barnstead, Franklin and Manchester areas,” White stated.

Nickerson is white, 41-years-old, and 5-feet, 6-inches tall. He weighs around 165 lbs. He has hazel eyes and brown hair with medium skin tone. Nickerson has tattoos all over his body, as noted in the booking photo.
