Smith, White noted, is known to have ties to Concord and may currently be homeless in the capital region or anywhere in the state at this time.

According to the state’s online sex offender registry, Smith was convicted on both aggravated felonious sexual assault and attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault in March 1994. That same year, he was also convicted of witness tampering. Back in February 1991, Smith was convicted of simple assault. He was convicted on an escape charge in January 2000 and duty to report in July 2016.

Smith also lived for a time in Florida, according to Florida’s sex offender registry, and was convicted of failure to comply in March 2010.
