Dunbarton Police are looking for witnesses after a two-vehicle crash on Saturday on Route 13 and Route 77.

DUNBARTON, NH — Police in Dunbarton are looking for witnesses to a crash on Saturday afternoon at Page’s Corner, the intersection of Route 13 and Route 77 in that community, according to a report. At just before 5:30 p.m. on March 11, 2017, officers and Dunbarton Fire and Rescue teams were called to the intersection for a report of a two-vehicle crash between a Ford F-150 pickup truck and a RAV4.

Several witnesses, as well as the operators of the vehicles, according to Sgt. Chris Remillard of the Dunbarton Police Department, spoke with officers and it was determined that the pickup truck driver – a man from Andover, MA, “failed to stop at the stop sign while traveling eastbound through the intersection toward Clinton Street.” He was not injured in the crash, according to the report.

The Dunbarton man driving the RAV4 had to be removed from his vehicle using the Jaws of Life and sustained serious, potentially life threatening injuries in the crash, according to Remillard.
