Mass. Woman Arrested for False 'Script
New Hampshire State Police allege that Colleen Torname tried to buy Fentanyl in Salem in October 2014.

The New Hampshire State Police Narcotics and Investigations Drug Diversion Unit arrested a Massachusetts woman last month after a false prescription investigated that started in Salem last year.
Colleen Torname, 45, of Bernard Lane in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Dec. 30, 2014, on a warrant for presenting a false prescription.
According to investigators, Torname allegedly presented a prescription for Fentanyl at a Walgreens in Salem on Oct. 20.

“The prescription was alleged to have been written by a Lawrence, MA eye doctor,” according to investigators. “The prescription was checked for its authenticity and confirmed to be fraudulent through the doctor.”
Torname was arrested in Concord and released on $4,000 personnel recognizance bail and issued a court date to appear at the 10th Circuit-District Division, Salem, on Feb. 11.

The New Hampshire State Police Narcotics and Investigations Drug Diversion Unit was assisted with this arrest by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA-Boston Office) and the Methuen MA Police Department.
