Mass. Woman Busted on Florida Warrants from 1999

NHSP arrest Audrey McLeod on I-93 after a traffic stop for speeding in Concord.

CONCORD, NH - This Massachusetts woman is learning that if you have active, extraditable warrants, you might want to not be such a lead foot.

Audrey M. McLeod, 43, of Quincy, MA, was arrested on Dec. 12, 2015, and charged with being a fugitive from justice.

According to New Hampshire State Police, McLeod was speeding on I-93 and was pulled over at around 7:30 a.m. this morning. After checking her driving status, the trooper found two felony warrants out of Florida from 1999 for fraud.

McLeod was arrested, declined bail, and was held. She’ll be arraigned in Concord District Court on Dec. 14, and then transported back to Florida on the felony warrants.
