Maxwell Promoted To Retail Training And Development Officer At The Merrimack
Ivana Maxwell of Merrimack County Savings Bank started her career in 2016 as a teller. She was promoted to branch services trainer in 2019.

CONCORD, NH — Merrimack Country Savings Bank (The Merrimack) congratulates Ivana Maxwell on her promotion to Retail Training & Development Officer.
In this role, Maxwell will manage the required training programs for retail employees to optimize performance and ensure an excellent banking experience.
“This is a well-deserved promotion for Ivana, who has proven to be a successful leader,” Julie Bushaw, the Vice President Retail Sales/Services Staff Development & CRA for The Merrimack, said. “With hands-on experience working in retail banking, I’m confident Ivana will thrive in this position.”

Maxwell started her career at The Merrimack back in 2016 as a Teller and was promoted a year later to Universal Banker. In 2019, she was promoted to Branch Services Trainer and was responsible for educating and training existing employees on new processes and software.
Maxwell is a 2023 graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking and is currently enrolled in the Leadership Greater Concord (LGC) Program and Leadership Foundations Certificate Program with University of New Hampshire. A member of the Concord community, Maxwell is an active volunteer with the Rock N’ Race for the Payson Center for Cancer Care. She resides in the Capital City with her husband and son.
