McGowan Fine Art Opens Bonner’s ‘People: Public, Private’ Show
Here's what's going on in Concord today.

- More sun. The National Weather Service says the weather is going to be great today: Sunny skies, with highs in the low 60s. Overnight lows drop down into the 30s.

- FUNraising. The Friends of Forgotten Children is still raising money at the Friendly’s on Loudon Road. Simply show a voucher attached to the link and 20 percent of your bill will go to the organization.
- John Bonner reception. John Bonner’s new painting show, is running at McGowan Fine Art through May 24. The opening reception is from 5 to 7 p.m. tonight.
- Other stuff. Presidential Oaks has a volunteer open house at 2 p.m. where you can learn about staying active in the community and helping others. Jen has a Zumba class at the Concord Dance Academy at 5:30 p.m. Comedians Ralphie May and Drew Lynch perform at NHTI at 7:30 p.m. Zeke Martin plays The Barley House at 9:30 p.m.
