Meet Vixen: Pet of the Week

Meet Vixen - a small Jack Russell Terrier mix available for adoption at the Concord-Merrimack County SPCA. 

Vixen is a young adult who is spayed and has a lot of energy. She's a fun girl. 

Vixen would do well if enrolled in an obedience class or perhaps a Flyball class.

If you have children in your home, they should be older, as young children make her a bit nervous.

Cats are not recommended but perhaps another male dog with a proper introduction.

Also, the Concord-Merrimack County SPCA's Walk for Animals fundraiser is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 15, at Northeast Delta Dental.

The event features a one- or three-mile walk. It's a fun-packed day that includes kid’s activities, canine contests, coloring contest, animal demonstrations, food, music, and free items from local pet services.
