4th Largest Mega Millions Jackpot In History: Now More Than $1 Billion
The drawing on Tuesday, if anyone wins, is expected to be $1.05B; the 4th largest in Mega Millions history; the 7th largest jackpot overall.

CONCORD, NH — Since the Mega Millions jackpot has not been won since mid-April, 29 consecutive drawings without a winner, it is now more than $1 billion.
The New Hampshire Lottery said Tuesday’s jackpot is expected to be $1.05 billion with a one-time cash payout, before taxes, of $527.9 million. Charlie McIntyre, the lottery’s executive director, said the jackpot was the fourth largest in Mega Millions history and the seventh largest of all lottery games.
“There is no stopping the rise of this Mega Millions jackpot,” he said. “This is what it’s all about for our players, who are getting the chance to win this life-changing prize of $1.05 billion.”

Last week, Mega Millions sales surpassed $2.3 million, and the state saw more than $700,000 in sales last Friday alone, leading into the drawing.
“With tomorrow night’s $1.05 billion jackpot on the line, we expect ticket sales both online via NH iLottery and at our retailers statewide to continue to build momentum right up until the drawing,” McIntyre said. “Here’s to hoping we kick off the new month with a lucky New Hampshire winner.”
