Merrimack Resident Arrested on Drug Charges in Amherst

MERRIMACK, NH - Justin Shaffer, 18, of Merrimack, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on July 4, 2015, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug.
