A Mixed Weather Week Ahead For The Granite State

National Weather Service forecasters issued a hazardous weather outlook for Monday, warning of thunderstorms, gusty wind, and hail.

CONCORD, NH — It is late August, which tends to offer mixed weather in New Hampshire, and this week is no exception.

The week starts off on the stormy side. So much so the National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook on Sunday morning, warning of thunderstorms with gusty winds and small hail on Monday. The storm was expected before 10 a.m. on the Seacoast, between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. in Nashua and surrounding towns, and around 1 p.m. in Concord and the capital region. Then, another storm is expected in the early to late afternoon.
