More Than 2 Dozen Properties Sold In Concord And Penacook In March 2026

Prices ranged from $90,000 for a manufactured home to $615,000 for a four-bedroom home in Penacook.

CONCORD, NH — Twenty-six properties were sold in Concord and Penacook during the month of March, according to the latest sales data.

The top seller was a four-bedroom home on Taylor Lane in Penacook, built in 2006, which sold for $615,000.

Only five of the 26 properties sold for $500,000 or more.

Four of the properties were manufactured homes that sold for between $90,000 and $227,000. Three of the sales were condos at Regency Hill Estates at 12 East Side Drive, which sold for between $129,000 and $158,000.

Several of the sales were new homes at the new Townhomes at Capital Pointe complex off Fisherville Road.
