CONCORD, NH — Another round of showers and thunderstorms are expected Friday in the late afternoon. The National Weather Service is predicting rain for mid-to-late afternoon in the west and later afternoon or early evening on the eastern side of the state. About a tenth of an inch of rain is expected – with higher amounts when and if thunderstorms hit.

Temps are expected to stay in the mid-80s during the storms.

The weekend, however, is expected to be perfect: Sunny with highs in the upper 80s and lower 90s inland (with temps in the lower 80s along the coast) on Saturday and mostly sunny with highs in the mid-80s on Sunday.
