More Teens Busted for Booze, Drugs
An early morning in late July lands four in custody.
Four teens were recently arrested on a slew of charges connected to alcohol and drugs, according to arrest reports at the headquarters.
During the early morning hours of July 29, Jesse A. Collins, 18, of Concord; Zachary LeBlanc, 17, of Concord; Brandon Sullivan, 18, of Barnstead; and Farradon Young, 17, of Lebanon; were all arrested in the on various charges ranging for possession of drugs to facilitating a drug or underage alcohol party.
Collins was arrested at 2:50 a.m. outside of on Thorndike Street and charged with driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest or detention, transportation of alcohol beverages by a minor, unlawful possession of alcohol, possession of controlled drugs, possession of drugs, and criminal trespass.

Police allege that the senior was in possession of a plastic baggie with marijuana residue, a smoking device with marijuana residue, and an unopened 12-ounce can of Bud Light.
Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Collins is due in on Sept. 10.

LeBlanc was arrested at 4:20 a.m. on South Street. He was charged with facilitating a drug or underage alcohol house party, possession of controlled drugs, and unlawful possession of alcohol. Police allegedly seized marijuana from LeBlance at the time of his arrest.
Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Prescott is due in on Sept. 10.
Sullivan was arrested at 4:40 a.m. on South Street on a possession of drugs charge. Police allege that Sullivan was in possession of a purple, glass bong with marijuana in it and an orange glass bong, both of which were seized.
Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Sullivan is due in on Sept. 10.
Young was arrested at 4:57 a.m. on South Street. He was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and possession and use of tobacco products by minors. Police allege that he was in possession of Copenhagen chewing tobacco.
Later in the day, Young was arrested again and charged with theft, based on an alleged incident at the on Fort Eddy Road on May 15. Police allege that he stole $208.95 worth of groceries at the time. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000.
Young is due in on Sept. 10.
