Motorcyclist Charged with DUI After Crash on Route 103
The NHSP is investigating an accident that occurred minutes after a domestic incident yesterday morning.

The New Hampshire State Police are investigating a motorcycle crash on Route 103 in Warner yesterday morning that caused the driver to be injured and charged.
Ryan Plourde, 26, of Warner, was arrested on Aug. 25, 2015, and charged with aggravated driving under the influence.

According to Sgt. Ron Taylor of the NHSP, troopers were sent to an East Main Street location in Warner at around 4:30 a.m. for a report of a domestic disturbance. When they arrived, they found out that the woman had left the residence and a man was following her on a motorcycle. Minutes later, the woman returned to the home to call an ambulance since the man, later identified as Plourde, was involved in a crash.
Troopers located Plourde unconscious on the shoulder of Route 103 near Schoodak Road. He was treated and transported to Concord Hospital with life threatening injuries. While there, he was charged with DUI. He remains in critical condition, according to NHSP.

The initial investigation indicates speed and alcohol appear to be contributing factors and other charges may be issued. Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call Trooper Anthony Pratt at 603-223-4381.
