Multi-Vehicle Accident Clogs Route 106 With Traffic: Video
Concord police, Merrimack County sheriffs assist Loudon fire and police to clear a crash on Route 106 on Friday.
LOUDON, NH — Concord police were sent to Loudon to assist with a multi-vehicle crash on Friday on Route 106 about a mile from the town’s line with the city.
At just after 3:15 p.m., police and fire dispatchers began receiving 911 calls stating there was a five-vehicle accident not far from the Cascade Campground.
The Loudon Fire Department sent two ambulances and an engine. Later, it was revealed that there were three vehicles involved in the crash, not five, but there were multiple patients to check. Fire command reported four people were being treated and the highway was closed.

Loudon police also requested backup from Concord. Merrimack County Sheriffs also showed up to assist.
At around 4:10 p.m., fire command said the crashes were being cleared from the highway and the patients were refusing transportation to the hospital.
