New Hampshire Entrepreneur Featured On ‘Shark Tank’ Friday
Laura Lady of Webster will pitch her FryAway product, which solidifies used cooking oil into a compostable substance for landfills.

CONCORD, NH — An entrepreneur from New Hampshire will get to pitch her product to the investors of “Shark Tank” on Friday.
Laura Lady of Webster will be featured in Episode 13 of Season 14. She will pitch her product, FryAway, to Mark Cuban, Robert Herjavec, Kevin O’Leary, Lori Greiner, and Daymond John.
FryAway turns used cooking oil into solid organic waste that breaks down naturally in landfills.

Lady came up with the idea after reading about a massive fatberg in London and perfected the product after moving to New Hampshire during the coronavirus pandemic.
The product is sold online and she is working on expanding into stores in the future.

Lady said appearing on the show, which airs Friday on WMUR-TV, was a great experience.
“I launched FryAway a little over a year ago, and going on ‘Shark Tank’ is undoubtedly one of the most exciting highlights of my career,” she said. “Pitching FryAway to the Sharks was a daunting and incredible experience and I’m excited to share my story and products with the world.”
“Shark Tank” airs at 8 p.m. on Fridays on most ABC network stations.
