New Hampshire Fugitive, Wanted On Conduct Charge, Sought By Task Force

CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public’s help finding a man who is wanted for failure to appear on a supervised release violation.

Mark Donald Gagnon is white, 59, about 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and weighs 150 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair. Originally from Massachusetts, Gagnon has no known scars, tattoos, or aliases, Brandon White, a deputy marshal, said.

“Gagnon is being sought on an arrest warrant for failing to appear for a supervised release violation,” he said. “Gagnon was convicted in U.S. District Court in 2016. Gagnon was last known to reside in Manchester, but it has been reported he has moved out of his last known address.”

The warrant was issued on Sept. 1.

According to superior court records, Gagnon was arrested on a reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge in June in Manchester. He was arraigned on July 8. Gagnon filed a “notice of self-defense” in the case on Aug. 26. He is due back in Hillsborough County Superior Court North for a dispositional conference hearing on Sept. 21.
