New Hampshire New Coronavirus Update: 8 More Deaths
Here is the latest data from the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services.
CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services released the following new coronavirus date Friday.
- 88 new positive test results were reported bringing cases to 3,464 for COVID-19.
- 8 additional deaths related to the coronavirus were also announced bringing the count to 159.
- 7 of the new deaths were connected to long-term care facilities
- 1 of the new deaths was under the age of 60. The rest were 60 years or older.
- Three women and three men lived in Hillsborough County; and one woman and one man lived in Rockingham County.
- 3 new children were diagnosed.
- The gender breakdown of the new cases were 62 percent women and 38 percent men.
- The county residency of the new cases were 21 from Rockingham County, Manchester, and non-Manchester or Nashua Hillsborough County residents; 10 from Merrimack County; and six from Nashua.
- 5 of the new cases were hospitalized bringing the accumulative cases hospitalized to 335 about 10 percent of all cases.
- 1,254 have recovered from the virus about 36 percent (there are 2,051 active cases).
- 39,212 tests were negative.
- 1,401 tests are pending.
- 42,676 people have been tested.
- 3,475 people are under public health monitoring.
