New Hampshire Robbery, Burglary Convict Wanted On Parole Violation: Corrections Department

CONCORD, NH — New Hampshire Department of Corrections investigators are asking for the public’s help finding a Lakes Region felon with more than 15 years of criminal history who is wanted on a parole violation.

Justin Robert Washburn is 33, about 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and weighs around 188 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes. According to corrections officials, Washburn has numerous tattoos — including the name “Jaiden” on his wrist, a cross on his left forearm, the name “Heather” twice on his wrists, multiple skulls, and the Joker on his left forearm.

“Washburn was previously in a sober house, in Laconia, prior to absconding,” officials said in an alert Wednesday. “He has a known substance use disorder. Washburn is known to have family, friends, and associates in the Belknap County and (the) Lakes Region, and is still believed to be in that area.”

According to superior court records, Washburn’s criminal history dates back close to 16 years, when he was accused of four counts of receiving stolen property in Moultonborough from December 2007. The charges were filed against him in September 2008. He pleaded guilty to the charges in May 2009 and was found in violation of probation in November 2010 and June 2011.

In March 2011, he was accused of willful concealment and felony organized retail crime enterprise in Tilton. He was charged six months later. Washburn pleaded guilty to the felony charge in July 2012.

In Laconia, in January 2012, Washburn was accused of organized retail crime enterprise and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies, and three breach of bail charges. The stolen property charge was nolle prossed later. In July 2012, he pleaded guilty to the criminal enterprise and two of the three breach charges.

Washburn was charged with felony escape in July 2018, pleading guilty three months later. A violation of probation or parole conviction followed in January 2020.

In October 2020, he was accused of burglary and in November 2020, robbery. Both cases were also in Laconia. He pleaded guilty to the charges in August 2021.
