New Hampshire Wrestlers Rumble During JV And Freshman Matches

Concord, Amherst, Goffstown, Keene, Londonderry, Merrimack, Newport, Raymond, Rochester wrestlers faced off Friday for dozens of matches.

CONCORD, NH — Junior varsity and freshmen wrestlers from around the state competed on Friday in Concord at the NH Freshman State Championships and JV Rumble.

Concord Crimson Tide wrestlers, along with the Souhegan High School Sabers (Amherst and New Boston), Goffstown Grizzlies, Keene Blackbirds, Londonderry Lancers, Merrimack Tomahawks, Newport Tigers, Raymond Rams, and Spaulding High School Red Raiders (Rochester) faced off Friday for championship and consolation matches.

Freshman Championships 1: Gabe Osborne of Goffstown placed first; Trey Wiley of Spaulding placed second; Adrie Reeves of Goffstown came in third, and Brody Phillips of Raymond placed fourth.

Freshman Championships 2: First, Jayden Deal of Spaulding; Gavin Morton of Keene placed second; Ian Campbell of Goffstown came in third, and Landon Carson Souhegan came in fourth.

Freshman Championships 3: Coming in first was Chase Knuckles of Souhegan; Lucas Palma of Londonderry placed second; Blake Ploss of Newport came in third; with Owen Gregg of Concord coming in fourth.

Freshman Championships 4: Jack Gillard of Keene came in first; Stevie Damboise of Goffstown placed second; Dylan Seaburg of Londonderry came in third; and Jaxon Carter of Concord came in fourth.

Freshman Championships 5: First went to Jeremy Richard of Concord; Ryley Holt of Concord came in second; third went to Andrew Healey of Souhegan; and Andrew Altemose of Spaulding came in fourth.

Freshman Championships 6: Jacoby Merrill and Asher ElGeneidy, both of Concord, tied for first; Sadie Nadeau of Spaulding and Makenna Brackett of Raymond also placed.

Freshman Championships 7: First went to Cody Haskell of Concord; Sean Reardon of Souhegan was second; Wesley McClintock of Concord was third; and John Regal III of Merrimack placed fourth.

Freshman Championships 8: First: Antonio Hebert of Goffstown; second went to Kevin Kreku of Concord; Madison Beauregard was third; and Joseph Smith of Merrimack placed fourth.

Freshman Championships 9: Isaiah Puckett placed first for Concord; second went to Camden Carbone of Concord; Jacoby Cruz of Concord placed third; and Tyler Hansbury of Merrimack came in fourth.

Freshman Championships 10: Wayne Gutierrez-Sakakeeny of Concord placed first; Wesley Chesser of Spaulding came in second; and third went to Ethan Thibeault of Concord.

JV 1 Round Robin: Isaiah Brien of Concord came in first; second went to Maddie Brown of Souhegan; Charlene Haddad of Merrimack placed third.

JV 2 Round Robin: First went to Turner Lang of Keene; Briana Schultz of Raymond placed second; third went to Eli Burker of Keene; and fourth went to Kellia Uwaje of Merrimack.

JV 3 Round Robin: Concord’s Griffin Norwalt placed first; Hunter Richard, also of Concord, came in second; third went to Avary Berardinelli of Merrimack; and Grey Crothers of Spaulding placed fourth.

JV 4 Round Robin: First went to Levi Madison of Concord; Nick Murphy of Merrimack came in second; Sam Roy of Souhegan was third; and fourth went to Milo Reichelson of Concord.

JV 5 Round Robin: Cole Colon of Spaulding came in first; second went to Avery Lawrence of Concord; Concord’s Logan Jenista paced third; and Jake Huntley of Londonderry came in fourth.

JV 6 Round Robin: First place went to Jeydon Wilson of Concord; Sam Albert of Souhegan placed second; third went to Lachlan Buttle of Londonderry; and Katherina Voss of Souhegan placed fourth.

JV 7 Round Robin: Anthony Gualtieri of Concord placed first; second went to Jonah Tillman of Londonderry; Colin Atkinson of Souhegan came in third; and Ryan Santino of Raymond came in fourth.

JV 8 Round Robin: Carter Charest of Goffstown placed first; second went to Noah Wozmak of Goffstown; Darwin Brown-Waters of Souhegan placed third; and Chase Prado of Londonderry came in fourth.

JV 9 Round Robin: Concord’s Austin Friere came in first; second went to Luis Toledo of Souhegan; Carl Siriana of Concord placed third; and fourth went to Brennan Pelletier of Goffstown.

JV 10 Round Robin: Nathan Jordan of Goffstown came in first; second went to Devon Farwell of Concord; and Seamus Wellen of Souhegan placed third.

JV 11 Round Robin: First went to Goffstown’s Bradon Boudreau; Damon Corbett of Concord came in second; third went to William Travis of Londonderry; and fourth place went to Logan Charest, Goffstown.

JV 12 Round Robin: Jacob Breau of Concord came in first; second went to Tyler Barton of Merrimack; and Dakota Shaffer of Londonderry placed third.

EX 1 Round Robin: First went to Griffin Norwalt of Concord; second place: Nick Murphy, Merrimack; and third went to Turner Lang of Keene.

EX 2 Round Robin: Not available.
