NH Child Bites Into Piece Of Halloween Candy To Find Sewing Needle
The child found a mini candy bar with the wrapper already partially opened along the road in Bow, police said.

BOW, NH — The Bow Police Department issued a warning to the community Wednesday after a child bit into a piece of candy they found trick-or-treating to find that there was a sewing needle stuck inside.
The child found a mini candy bar with the wrapper already partially opened along the road near Longview Drive, police said, noting that the piece of candy was not given to the child, but found on the ground.
"The Bow Police Department is actively investigating the origins of the candy bar and encourages parents to check their children’s candy before consumption," authorities wrote in a statement on Facebook.
