NH Convict, With ‘Violent Tendencies,’ Wanted On A Probation Violation

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help finding a convict with “violent tendencies” who has not been seen for more than a year.

William Bryce Donovan is white, 29, about 5 foot, 7 inches tall, and weighs around 160 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Donovan has a dragon tattoo on his right arm and the word “Relentless” on his back.

A warrant was issued for his arrest on Oct. 18, 2022, on a probation violation.

Investigators said he was sentenced to probation after being convicted on a second-degree assault-strangulation charge. At the time, he was living in Freedom. Donovan has family in Hingham, Massachusetts, and has identification issued in Maine, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, and Rhode Island.

“Donovan has an extensive violent history with multiple open warrants out of Oklahoma for failing to appear and domestic violence-strangulation,” investigators said.
