NH Couple Sought by U.S. Marshals for Kidnapping

Scott and Genevieve Kelley are wanted for taking Mary Nunes from her custodial father.

The District of New Hampshire, New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force, has been working for a number of years attempting to locate Scott and Genevieve Kelley (center, and right, in the photo) for the kidnapping of Mary Nunes (left), who is now 18, from her custodial father.

They are this week’s Fugitives of the Week.

According to the task force, the Kelleys are believed to have fled the Whitefield, NH, area, and the United States but are in an unknown location.

According to Deputy U.S. Marshal Jamie Berry, the case will be featured on “The Hunt,” at 9 p.m. on Aug. 31, John Walsh’s new television show.

Genevieve Kelley is 50, is 5-7, and about 145 lbs. She’s also a medical doctor. Scott Kelley is a school teacher. He stands 6-2 and weighs 190.

They are both wanted on kidnapping and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution charges.
