Police on June 22, 2017, were sent to the Walmart in Salem after a loss prevention employee reportedly observed a man leaving the store with a television without paying for it and getting into a vehicle to flee the scene, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White.

“After a short investigation, the theft suspect had provided a false name and was arrested for the theft of the television,” White stated, adding that police later ID’d him as the missing fugitive. “Faulconer had been wanted on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for violating his bail conditions on a federal charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm.”
Faulconer was held at the Rockingham County Jail on high cash bail. Once he is bailed out or resolves the shoplifting incident, he will be turned over to federal authorities on the outstanding warrant, White added.

“Thank you to the officers of the Salem Police Department for doing a great job,” said U.S. Marshal David L. Cargill Jr. in a statement. “The officers involved should be commended for their professionalism and persistence in a simple theft investigation – which resulted in the arrest of a federal firearms fugitive.”
According to reports online, Faulconer was arrested in Nashua in April 2011, for possession of property without a serial number and again in September for disorderly conduct. He was arrested again in December 2011, for disorderly conduct. In July 2013, he was arrested in Westford, MA, for disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace, and in August 2014, Faulconer was a passenger in a vehicle in Nashua that was reportedly shot at by a pair of brothers from Manchester, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.
