“Lovely is wanted on multiple assault related charges surrounding an incident in Rochester that resulted in a recent SWAT situation,” according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White. “Prior to the arrival of law enforcement, Lovely was able to flee from the scene. Lovely was last known to be living in Rochester, and has family, friends and associates throughout the Strafford County area.”
According to NH1.com, SWAT teams were sent to Washington Street in Rochester on April 6, for a report of an assault in the home. A woman and children were safely removed from the home and they thought that Lovely was inside but after setting up a perimeter and searching the home, they were unable to find him. Back in April 2010, according to Fosters.com, Lovely, then living in Dover, was arrested in that community for criminal trespass and theft.
