NH Made Gifts Are Available This Holiday Season

All gifts sold at the League’s Fine Craft Galleries are made by juried members of the League, skilled artisans who have met rigorous standards for excellence and creativity, according to a press release. The League Fine Craft Galleries, located in Concord, Hanover, Hooksett, Littleton, Meredith, Nashua, North Conway, and Center Sandwich (open Dec. 2, Dec. 3, only), provide shoppers with a wide selection of creative and functional gifts in all price ranges.

Winter’s Waltz

The League’s limited-edition holiday ornament is a popular gift and collectable item. The 2017 ornament is Winter’s Waltz, a pair of ice skates handcrafted in pewter. Inspired by memories of ice skating in winters past, juried League member Walker Boyle used the ancient lost wax method of casting combined with modern metal working techniques to create this one-of-a-kind ornament. Each Winter’s Waltz ornament is numbered and dated and has Boyle’s signature. A frost blue ribbon is attached to the top so it can hang on a tree or wreath. The ornament comes beautifully gift-boxed – no wrapping required – and sells for $28 at all of the League Fine Craft Galleries, at League Headquarters in Concord, and online at nhcrafts.org/webstore.
