NH, Mass. Residents Arrested On DWI, Other Charges: State Police

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the New Hampshire State Police.

Troop A Blotter

George Broulidakis, 57, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on Aug. 10, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+ and DUI on Route 101 West near the Exit 3 on-ramp in Candia.

David Goodwin, 35, of Lebanon, ME, was arrested at 5:41 p.m. on Aug. 9, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana and possession of a controlled drug-Schedule 1-4 on Route 101 East near Exit 13 in Hampton.

Charles MacLennan, 35, of Kennebunk, ME, was arrested at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood at 11 a.m. on Aug. 8, 2017, on a bench warrant.

Jorshua Nunez, 27, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2017, for DUI, speeding – 26+ mph in a 55 zone, lane control, and open container on Route 16 South in Portsmouth.

Winifred Horan, 53, of Dover, was arrested at 9:23 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2017, for DUI. She was arrested on South Pine Street in Dover.

Romal Bellarosa, 50, of North Grafton, MA, was arrested at 10:09 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for disobeying an officer. He was arrested at the Liberty Lane Business Park in Hampton.

Michael Stoltzfus, 41, of Epping, was arrested at 7:40 a.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for DUI on Route 101 East in Hampton.

Christopher Birbeck, 28, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 2:43 a.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for DUI and yellow/solid line violation.

James Carlin, 26, of Chicopee, MA, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for DUI on Route 1A in Hampton.

Alberto De La Torre Quiles, 46, of Concord, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, on Route 125 in Epping for disorderly conduct, breach of bail, and pedestrian fail/yield to traffic on road. He was also taken into protective custody-drugs.

Elizabeth Grenon, 50, of Billerica, MA, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 10, 2017, for DUI on I-93 South from the Lower Split in Windham.

Olivia Hale, 21, of Manchester, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Aug. 9, 2017, for conduct after an accident after an alleged incident on The Everett Turnpike North near Exit 10 in Merrimack.

Saranda McNutt, 35, of Windham, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on Aug. 8, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault and domestic violence-obstructing report of a crime or injury on East Road in Weare.

Alexander Hill, 24, of Milford, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2017, for aggravated DUI-passenger under 16 on I-93 South near Exit 5 in Londonderry.

Aaron Yeddula, 23, pictured right, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, on I-293 in Manchester for operating without a valid license. Ashlee Stevens, 21, of Rindge, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on Aug. 9, 2017, for DUI. She was arrested on Prescott Road in Jaffrey.

Joshua Parda, 32, pictured left, of Ashuelot, was arrested at 9 a.m. on Aug. 7, 2017, for false report to law enforcement on Ash Brook Court in Hindale.

Martyn Tkatch, 30, of Westmoreland, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2017, for DUI-second or third on Glebe Road in Westmoreland.

Brett Bailey, 27, of Keene, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2017, for DUI-second or third, Speeding – 16 to 20 mph over 55 limit, open container, following too closely, alcohol interlock not equipped, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested on Route 12A in Keene.

Michael Polcari, 28, of Langdon, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for reckless conduct, taking without owner’s consent, disobeying an officer, criminal mischief, and domestic violence-simple assault on Cold River Road in Langdon.

Kenneth Gustafson, 61, of Kensington, CT, was arrested for DUI at 5:52 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, at the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet in Keene.

Kellie Gallant, 49, of Fitzwilliam, was arrested for driving after revocation or suspension and tail lamp and reflectors violation at 10:23 a.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, on Route 119 in Fitzwilliam.

Toni Olivo, 37, of Keene, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, for DUI on Route 12 in Walpole.

Troop D Blotter

Peter Thompson, 42, of Barnstead, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on Aug. 9, 2017, on two counts of violation of protective order on North Road in Salisbury.

Robert Forsythe, 35, of Boscawen, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on Aug. 9, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer. He was arrested on College Drive in Concord.

Andrew Howard, 31, of Methuen, MA, was arrested at 5:32 p.m. on Aug. 9, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana and open container. He was arrested on I-93 South in Northfield.

Jason Holmes, 33, of Canterbury, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. on Aug. 7, 2017, for violation of a protective order on Hethlon Drive in Canterbury.

Eric Leger, 37, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on Aug. 7, 2017, for DUI and conduct after an accident. He was arrested at the northbound Hooksett Rest Area.

Eric Huckins, 29, of Franklin, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Aug. 7, 2017, on West Bow Street in Franklin for disorderly conduc.

Gabriel De La Mota, 27, of Manchester, was arrested at 8 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent after a motor vehicle stop on I-93 North near Exit 13 in Concord.

Hadi Kheyruri, 33, of Montreal, Quebec, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2017, for reckless operation on I-89 North in Sutton.

Corey Goupil-Torres, 22, of Goffstown, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana at the I-93 North tolls in Hooksett.

Jerry Thompson, 46, of East Andover, was arrested at 4:08 a.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault and criminal mischief. He was arrested on Old College Road in Andover.

Troop E Blotter

Joshua King, 19, of Lakeville, MA, was arrested at 10:48 p.m. on Aug. 9, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, dealing/possessing prescription drugs, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on Route 16/Route 25 Bypass in Ossipee.

Frank Varney, 48, of Effingham, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Aug. 9, 2017, on a bench warrant on Mountain View Drive in Effingham.

Jesse Badger, 39, of Intervale, was arrested at 11:26 p.m. on Aug. 8, 2017, for DUI on Route 3 in Laconia. A woman was also taken into protective custody.

Matthew Williams, 33, of Bristol, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 7, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, stalking-domestic violence, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. Also arrested was Kathleen Keaney, 28, of Tamworth, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, and endangering the welfare of a child. They were arrested on Route 25 in Tamworth.

Yvonne Staples, 63, of Tamworth, was arrested at 10:56 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2017, for DUI and disorderly conduct. She was arrested on Turkey Street in Tamworth.

Nathan Arnold, 20, of Silver Lake, and Danielle Vizard, 20, of Albany, were arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2017, for unlawful possession/intoxication on Route 113 in Madison.

Jacob Sargent, 33, of New Hampton, was arrested at 7:06 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2017, on two counts of violation of a protective order on Route 25 in Moultonborough.

Jazmyne Conway-Morel, 21, of Meredith, was arrested at 4:22 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, on Route 11 in Gilford for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration.

Mark Sullivan, 48, of Bedford, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for DUI on Route 302 in Bartlett.

Jeremy Savary, 32, of Bartlett, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for DUI. He was arrested on Route 302 in Bartlett.

Gabriel Dan, 21, of Newton, MA, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-marijuana on Drake Road in Albany.

Jeffrey Lloyd, 62, of Norwood, MA, was arrested at 6:31 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on Route 16 in Ossipee.

Troop F Blotter

Corey Betts, 18, of Campton, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on Aug. 10, 2017, for disobeying an officer and reckless conduct on Route 175 in Holderness.

Shawn Donahue, 54, of Stark, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Aug. 10, 2017, for DUI on Route 110 in Northumberland.

Theophile Lapre, 46, of Lebanon, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on Aug. 8, 2017, for first-degree assault on Main Street in Grafton.

Gilmore Somers, 38, of Enfield, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 7, 2017, for simple assault-domestic violence and domestic violence-obstructing the report of a crime/injury. They were arrested on Millbrook Road in Grafton.

Philip Brown, 45, of Natick, MA, was arrested at 11:54 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for DUI, open container, and controlled drug: acts prohibited on I-93 in Woodstock.

Seamus Vanest, 20, of Plymouth, MA, was arrested at 11:37 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, for controlled drug: controlled premises where drugs are kept. Also arrested was Madisyn Doonan, 20, of Plymouth, MA, for transporting alcohol by a minor. They were arrested on Route 112 in Woodstock.

John Winot, 27, of Woodsville, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, for operating with a suspended or revoked license and misuse/failure to display plates on Route 25 in Plymouth.
