NH Parole Violation Fugitive Of The Week Has Many Prior Charges
The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is trying to find Elizabeth Michele Brassard. She has ties to Nashua, New Ipswich, Manchester.

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help in attempting to find a woman accused of parole violation and absconding from state officials.
Elizabeth Michele Brassard is 25, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, and weighs around 150 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
The New Hampshire Adult Parole Board accused Brassard of leaving a drug treatment facility in late May. She was on probation after being convicted of drug possession and theft. Brassard sometimes uses the alias “Casey Wayrynen” and has a rose tattoo on her right hand.

“Brassard was last known to reside in New Ipswich with family,” corrections officials said. “Brassard has ties to New Ipswich, Nashua, and Manchester (and) has an extensive criminal history to include prior violations, falsifying physical evidence, false report to law enforcement, criminal trespass, domestic violence-simple assault, breach of bail, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and receiving stolen property.”
According to superior court records, Brassard was accused of fentanyl possession in Milford in July 2018. In New Ipswich in November 2018, she was charged with drug possession, falsifying physical evidence, resisting, and reckless conduct charges in one case and felony theft in another. In June 2019, she pleaded guilty to the Milford and New Ipswich drug and theft charges. The other charges were nolle prossed. She then violated probation or parole in December 2019, July 2020, and January 2021.
