NH State Police Arrest Allenstown Man
Tevin Perez was allegedly speeding on I-93, I-293; caused two-car accident on Brown Avenue.

An Allenstown man faces numerous charges after a New Hampshire State Trooper allegedly clocked him speeding before he crashed his car on Brown Avenue in Manchester.
Tevin Perez, 21, of Allenstown, was arrested and charged with reckless conduct, a felony, disobeying a police officer, a felony, criminal mischief, a felony, endangering the welfare of a child, vehicular assault, reckless driving and speeding.
According to a state police report, a trooper allegedly clocked Perez driving 90 mph on I-93 south before Exit 6. The trooper attempted to catch up with the vehicle, a Nissan Altima, as it took the I-293 northbound exit heading to the western part of the city.

The trooper alleged that the Nissan continued to speed in the right travel lane, passing under Exit 1, and then, getting off on Exit 2, the Brown Avenue exit.
The Nissan attempted to slow down at the exit but allegedly struck a Honda Civic while trying to travel northbound and drive through an intersection and a red light, according to a report. Both cars came to complete stops at the crash location, according to police, with the Nissan sputtering into the grass on the I-293 northbound ramp.

Perez was immediately arrested and a 2-year-old girl removed from the vehicle. A woman in the Honda was also injured. All three were transported to Elliot Hospital and later, the woman and child were released with only minor bruises.
Perez was transported to the Troop B barracks and held on $7,500 cash bail and will be arraigned on April 3, in Manchester District Court.
