NH State Police Arrest Three Teens on I-393 on Alcohol Charges

Last week, the New Hampshire State Police made the following arrests:

Troop D Arrests

• Aaron Cox, 23, was arrested on I-93 in Concord, on a possession of controlled drug charge. He was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on April 22.
• Donald H. Auclair, 55, was arrested at 1:59 a.m. on April 23, on I-393, and charged with operating after suspension.
• Shawn Blackwell, 30, was arrested at 10:28 p.m. on I-93 in Concord. He was arrested on an aggravated DUI charge.
• Michael Lee, 49, was arrested on State Street in Concord at 11:30 a.m. on April 25, on an electronic bench warrant for willful concealment.
• Marc L. Greene, 45, was arrested at 7:23 p.m. on April 26, on charges of being a habitual offender and suspended registration charges.
• Cody Amrol, 18, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on April 27, on a DUI charge on I-393. Katelyn Hanson, 17, and a 16-year-old teenage girl were also charged with being minors in possession of alcohol.
• Mindy Miller, 24, was arrested at 12:42 a.m. on April 28, on Route 11 in Andover. She was charged with aggravated DUI, and transportation of drugs/open container.
• Robert Burkett, 46, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. on April 28, on I-93 in Bow. He was charged with DUI-subsequent offense.

• 4-23-13 6:10 AM, Richard Bagster, age 40, Winchester, NH, arrested on Route 9, Chesterfield, for Violation of Protection Order. Trooper William DiLegge.
• 4-23-13 7:59 AM, Angelo Polselli, age 55, Rindge, NH, arrested on School Street, Troy, for Domestic Simple Assault. Trooper First Class John LaPointe.
• 4-26-13 7:09 PM, Linnea Adler, age 21, Westmoreland, NH, arrested on London Road, Westmoreland, for Forgery and Theft by Deception. Trooper Sean Eaton.
• 4-26-13 10:39 PM, Chelsie Hutchinson, age 19, Sunapee, NH, arrested on Young Hill Road, Sunapee, for Driving While Intoxicated. Trooper Charles Newton.
• 4-27-13 12:39 AM, Steven Burke, age 28, Richmond, NH, arrested on Route 101, Keene, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. Trooper Aaron Gillis.
• 4-27-13 6:43 PM, Joseph Frailey, age 57, Claremont, NH, arrested on Route 11/103, Newport, for Operating After License Suspension. Trooper Matthew Merrill.
• 4-27-13 11:24 PM, Cindy Michaud, age 55, Haverhill, MA, arrested on Route 11, Newport, for Driving While Intoxicated. Trooper Brandon Dean.
