NH State Police Make Arrests at NHTI, I-93

The following people were arrested by the state police's Troop D unit last week:

• Jerome Grablewski, 45, was arrested at 8:13 a.m. on April 3, on I-93 in New Hampton and charged with driving under the influence and possession of a controlled drug.
• Joseph Staffier, 18, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on April 3, on I-93 in Hooksett and charged with possession of a controlled drug.
• Scott Andrews, 19, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. on April 3, and charged with criminal threatening, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. He was arrested at NHTI in Concord.
• Francisco Ulerio, 20, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on April 6, on a DUI charge on Manchester Street in Concord.
• Shane Kirouac, 23, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. on April 7, on a possession of a controlled drug charge. He was arrested on North Main Street in Concord.
• Stephan Thorpe, 21, was arrested on I-93 in Bow at 11:10 a.m. on Apri 7, on a reckless operation charge.
