NH Weather Forecast: Severe Thunderstorm Risk Expands
Much of Southern New Hampshire is under a "slight risk" of severe storms.

After a winter full of rapid-fire brutal storms, Tuesday is here to remind us just how dangerous and volatile the spring weather can be. A "slight risk" of severe thunderstorms has crept into Southern New Hampshire, some of which is under the threat of large hail. The low possibility of a tornado exists in portions of Massachusetts, but New Hampshire should steer clear.
All of New Hampshire should see some showers over the next few hours leading up to noon, then it will calm down for a bit. The heavy storms will come in during the mid-late afternoon and early evening, and that's when you want to be home if possible. Forecasters have been saying 2 - 9 p.m. will be the time to look out for.
