NH Weather: Tuesday's Storm Followed By Bone-Chilling Cold

Here's the timeline of when to expect the snow tonight into Wednesday across Southern New Hampshire.

Up to a half-foot of snow is expected to fall across Southern New Hampshire during Tuesday night's storm. Between 4-6 inches is expected from Nashua to Concord, with slightly less in the Portsmouth area, according forecasters. Central and Northern New Hampshire are looking at 6-12 inches in different areas. The southernmost part of the state is under a winter weather advisory, but most counties, including Merrimack County, are under a winter storm warning.

Heavy snow is expected to start falling anytime between now and early Tuesday evening, resulting in several inches by Wednesday morning. The National Weather Service said to be cautious of the morning commute. You can see what time the snow is expected to fall in your area below.

Snow squalls are then expected to impact the evening commute Wednesday. NWS Boston said to expect "near white-out conditions" between 3-7 p.m.
