NHSP Arrest Teens on Drug, Criminal Threatening Charges

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the New Hampshire State Police.

Troop D

Jeffrey Evans. 56, of Penacook, was arrested at 5:36 p.m. on Dec. 29, 2016, for DUI. He was arrested on I-93 South in Concord.

Larissa Day, 28, of Boscawen, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on Dec. 29, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension on I-93 South between Exit 17 and Exit 16 in Concord.

Timothy Leclair, 36, of Bow, was arrested at 6:17 p.m. on Dec. 28, 2016, for aggravated DUI (0.16+). He was arrested on the Exit 13 Northbound onramp on I-93.

Joffre Ullon Vllacis, 43, of Nashua, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 28, 2016, for suspension of vehicle registration. He was arrested on I-93 North near Exit 16 in Concord.

Adam Terrell, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Dec. 27, 2016, for DUI and hands free violation. He was arrested on I-93 North near Exit 16.

Justin Gumberich, 34, of Huntington, was arrested at 9:05 a.m. on Dec. 27, 2016, for driving after revocation of suspension. He was arrested on I-89 South just north of Exit 2 in Concord.

Steven Rivera, 33, of Jamaica Plain, MA, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Dec. 25, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, and open container. He was arrested at Ragged Mountain in Danbury.

Ziwei Gu, 22, of Allston, MA, was arrested at 2:53 p.m. on Dec. 25, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on I-89 South near Exit 3 in Hopkinton.

Scott Liang, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 8:55 p.m. on Dec. 24, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, suspension of vehicle registration, two counts of possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, cocaine, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested on I-89 North near Exit 13 in Grantham.

Michael. G. Goddard, 23, of Londonderry, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on Dec. 24, 2016, for DUI, on I-93 North in Concord.

Mahir Ibisevic, 21, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:55 a.m. on Dec. 24, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana and reckless operation, on I-93 in Hooksett.

Robert Sirois, 46, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:30 a.m. on Dec. 24, 2016, for DUI and DUI second or third offense on I-93 North in Concord.

Benjamin Lavallee, 28, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:38 a.m. on Dec. 24, 2016, for DUI on I-93 South in Hooksett.

Troop C

Ryan Rappa, 23, of Chepachet, RI, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on Dec. 29, 2016, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested on Route 12 in Fitzwilliam.

Kaitlyn Reardon, 23, of Winchester, was arrested at 1:33 a.m. on Dec. 24, 2016, for aggravated DUI (0.16+). She was arrested on Maple Avenue in Keene.

James Shampney, 26, of Warner, was arrested at 3:35 p.m. on Dec. 23, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested on Route 10 in Croydon.

Zachary Wilmott, 19, of Alstead, was arrested at 7:15 a.m. on Dec. 23, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension on Marlow Hill Road in Marlow.

Troop E

Thomas Chambers, 28, of Gilford, for driving after revocation or suspension and breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 3:52 p.m. on Dec. 24, 2016, on Route 106 in Laconia near the Dunkin’ Donuts.

John Mattie, 20, of Berkley, MA, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Dec. 27, 2016, for three counts of possession of prescription drugs and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested on Route 16 in Tamworth.

Troop F

Benjamin Landry, 18, of Haverhill, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on Dec. 26, 2016, for negligent driving, operating without a valid license, unregistered vehicle, misuse/failure to display plates on River Road in Bath.

Dylan Green, 19, of Bath, was arrested a 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 26, 2016, for criminal threatening on Abbott Avenue in Beth.

Michael Zachary, 19, of Plymouth, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Dec. 24, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, transporting alcohol by a minor, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested on I-93 North in Campton.

Jacob Haza, 21, of Louisville, KY, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on Dec. 23, 2016, for DUI and speeding 21+ mph over 70 mph on I-93 North in Woodstock.

Heather Silk, 39, of Berlin, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on Dec. 23, 2016, on DUI, driving after revocation or suspension, and suspension of vehicle registration.
