According to New Hampshire State Police, at just before 10:30 a.m. this morning, the special enforcement unit was monitoring traffic from the air in the area of Bow and reportedly tracked a vehicle – a 2000 Lexus ES300 – “traveling at an extremely high rate of speed” on the southbound side of the Interstate. The radar clocked the vehicle going 107 mph in a 65 zone, according to a report.
A trooper on the ground stopped the Lexus and later, arrested Shaw for reckless driving. State police allege that there was an 8-month-old child in the vehicle so the child welfare charge was added to his docket.
