‘No Danger To The Public At This Time’ After Shooting In Concord Park: Follow-Up
Update: Cops say everyone involved in the Rollins Park incident on Monday night has been identified; one shot in the head; another detained.
CONCORD, NH — Limited information has been released by Concord police about the shooting in Rollins Park on Monday night but they are asking for assistance with the investigation.
In a Concord Regional Crimeline alert, Deputy Chief John Thomas said police were sent to the park for a shots-fired call for service around 8:45 p.m. Several South End residents reported hearing “multiple gunshots” in the area, he said.
“All involved subjects had left the area prior to officers’ arrival at the park,” Thomas said.

Search warrants were issued for “several locations near the park,” and “all involved subjects have been located and identified,” Thomas said.

One subject was taken to Concord Hospital with a non-life-threatening wound after being struck by a bullet.
News 603 posted a video from the 7-Eleven on South Main Street on Monday night, where the gunshot victim was assisted.
“This appears to be an isolated incident, and there is no danger to the public at this time,” Thomas said.
The incident remains under investigation.
