No Injuries After Car, Tractor-Trailer Collide In Chichester

A three-vehicle crash was also reported on North Main Street in Concord while a pickup truck rolled in Henniker on Monday.

CONCORD, NH — Fire and rescue teams and police were kept busy on the roads on Monday with several crashes.

Around 3 p.m., Chichester police and fire and rescue teams were sent to Dover Road Route 4 for a crash between a car and a tractor-trailer truck. The first arriving firefighters advised other first responders to enter the Camping World or Rapid Refill parking lots and circle around the traffic and crash.

No injuries were reported during the accident.

Around 5:15 p.m., Henniker fire and rescue teams were sent to Old Hillsborough Road for a rollover accident with possible entrapment.

The caller told capital region dispatch a pickup truck had rolled over in her front yard. The driver, she said, did not appear injured but could not get out of the truck, according to scanner chatter.

Traffic was stopped on the roadway after firefighters found the truck on its side. The driver was removed and evaluated as firefighters worked to remove debris from the road.

Firefighters reported no injuries during the crash.

In Concord, around 5:30 p.m., another crash was reported on North Main Street near Court Street by Concord Fire Car 4.

“We’re going to need an ambulance and an engine please if you’ve got one,” the firefighter said.

Dispatch sent firefighters and also called police, too.

Police were in the area after being sent to Storrs Street behind the Holiday Inn for a report of a domestic incident that turned out to be verbal only.

There were three vehicles involved in the North Main Street crash with two having airbag deployment, an officer said. The vehicles that needed to be towed were a Mitsubishi from Connecticut and a Chevrolet Silverado with New Hampshire registration.

None of the drivers were injured.

Firefighters reported hazards in the street that needed to be cleaned up.
