North Country Felon, Fugitive Could Be ‘Armed And Dangerous’: NH DOC
Jamie Woodman, who stabbed a man last year and got a light sentence in a plea deal, is wanted for probation violations. Have you seen him?

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help finding an “armed and dangerous” fugitive with “violent tendencies” who is wanted for probation violations.
Jamie Woodman is 44, white, about 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs 150 pounds. He has green eyes and brown hair. Woodman has tattoos on the left side of his neck.
In June of last year, Woodman stabbed another man, and police spent months attempting to find him. Vermont State Police arrested him in September 2023 in St. Johnsbury. During the arrest, he was bitten by a K-9.

According to Grafton County Superior Court records, Woodman was initially charged with first-degree assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and reckless conduct-deadly weapon, all felonies, and criminal threatening. He agreed to plead guilty in October 2023 to the felony reckless conduct and criminal threatening charges. On the threat charge, he was sentenced to a 12-month mandatory minimum, suspended for three years, and sentenced to 12 months on the reckless conduct charge, with 245 days suspended for two years and 32 days credit for time served. Woodman was also required to seek counseling and have no contact with the victim.
On March 18, the case was reopened due to a violation of probation allegation, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

“Woodman,” a corrections alert stated, “has a history of abusing illegal substances which have resulted in violent tendencies. (He) has made statements that he would become violent.”
For these reasons, “armed and dangerous” and “violent tendencies” warnings have been put on his fugitive release.
Woodman was last known to frequent Littleton and Whitefield.
If you see him or know where he is, do not try to apprehend him. Contact local police or corrections at 603-271-1804.
