North Country Fugitive May Be In Vermont: New Hampshire Corrections Investigators
The NH DOC is searching for Heather Sue Dodge on a probation violation after repeated drug and meth convictions dating back to 2018.

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help finding a woman from the North Country who is wanted on warrants after repeated drug possession convictions.
Heather Sue Dodge is 35, around 120 pounds, and has hazel eyes and brown-blondish hair. She has no known scars or tattoos. Dodge is a fugitive due to a probation violation warrant issued by the Coos County Superior Court and an electronic bench warrant out of Berlin District Court.
“Dodge was last known residing in Dalton, New Hampshire, however, has ties to Essex County Vermont and Caledonia County Vermont,” officials said in an alert. “Dodge has a known substance use disorder. Criminal history includes simple assault, bail jumping, resisting arrest, and possession of drugs.”

According to superior court records, Dodge has several charges dating back to 2018.
In Dalton, in April 2018, she was accused of manufacturing methamphetamine and two counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited. She pleaded guilty to a single acts prohibited charge and was given a suspended sentence.

In February 2019, she was accused of drug possession and other charges again in Dalton and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, conspiracy-manufacturing methamphetamine, and four counts of controlled drug-subsequent in one case and manufacturing methamphetamine and drug possession in a second case. Dodge ended up pleading guilty to two possession charges in May 2022 and was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
In November 2020, she was accused of possession again in Lancaster and pleaded guilty to the charge in March 2022. A warrant was issued against her for a violation of probation or parole charge that was still active.
In May 2021, she was also accused of drug possession in Epping. She pleaded guilty to the count in April 2022 and received a suspended sentence.
