NYC Fugitive Arrested In Concord On 21 Year Old Drug Charge
Sex offender Otis Daniels, convicted of murder-criminal solicitation in 1999, was stopped while driving a Porsche without a front plate.

CONCORD, NH — A local man was arrested recently on a fugitive from justice charge after a traffic stop on Loudon Road. Otis D. Daniels, 39, of North Village Road in Loudon, was arrested on June 3, 2017, on a felony fugitive from justice charge. Daniels – the driver and owner of the vehicle – reportedly asked why the officer stopped him and the officer stated he didn’t have a front plate on his vehicle. The officer ran a check on Daniels and found an active full extradition arrest warrant issued by the New York City Police Department on a drug charge issued in May. The originating offense – “dangerous drugs” – allegedly occurred in May 1996.
His full name and birthdate matched the warrant. Dispatch also gave the officer a number of physical descriptors – including his height and weight – and the officer asked Daniels to step out the vehicle to see if they would be a match which they reportedly were, according to the affidavit. Daniels was then arrested and held.
