Old Loudon Road Fire Doused In Concord
Breaking: Watch: Concord Fire and Rescue teams knock down a garage fire on the Heights tonight.
CONCORD, NH — Concord Fire and Rescue teams were called to Old Loudon Road for a fire in a large garage on July 25, 2017. The fire was reported just before 7:15 p.m. The fire, according to alerts online, extended into the second-floor of the garage that houses Bogacz Photography Studio.
"Firefighters encountered heavy fire on the first floor which was rapidly spreading to the second floor," according to Concord Fire Chief Dan Andrus said in a statement. "The main body of the fire was knocked down quickly, but firefighters remained on scene for some time locating hidden fire in hidden spaces in the structure."

The bulk of the fire was knocked down by around 8 p.m. with companies then working on overhauling the building.
All of Concord’s on duty resources-three engines, three ambulances, a tower ladder, shift commander and 20 firefighters-responded to the blaze, Andrus noted. Mutual aid from Allenstown, Boscawen, Bow, Manchester, and the Penacook Rescue covered Concord stations during the fire, according.

There were no injuries and the cause of the fire is under investigation, Andrus added.
