Open Hands Resource Center Raising Money to Help the Homeless

Concord organization looking for $100K for new resource location, housing project, and other items.

The Open Hands Resource Center in Concord has started a GoFundMe.com site to raise money for a new location and other items that the nonprofit needs to assist others, including a possible housing project. The group has set the goal to $100,000.

According to the post, the current location the org has been renting on North Main Street, the old Mamos Market, is up for sale and it may need to move.

“We Believe that With Jesus Christ All things are possible,” the post stated. “Through God, The Help of Volunteers, Donations, and caring people the possibilities are Endless. Thank You for Your consideration and God Bless.”

The org is a 501(c)3 nonprofit. All donations are a tax deduction and 100% of the proceeds will go to the relocation effort.
