Overdose Call Leads to Charges Against Concord Man
Nicholas Perry was arrested by Londonderry Police after incident at Burger King.

LONDONDERRY, NH — A local man was arrested last month on numerous charges after police were sent to a report of an overdose at a fast food restaurant. Nicholas Perry, 37, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, was arrested at 5:27 p.m. on July 25, 2016, on a habitual offender charge, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle.

Perry was arrested after police were sent to the Burger King on Nashua Road. Back in October 2011, he was arrested on a bench warrant and was also charged with being a habitual offender, a felony. He was arrested in Penacook.
