​Paving Work Coming To I-393 In Concord

Hey Concord and Pembroke I-393 users: Prepare for lane closures next week.

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announced on Thursday that paving work on I-393 in Concord and Pembroke will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2017, weather permitting, according to a press statement. The work will be completed in phases. It will take place during nighttime hours from North Main Street to the Merrimack River bridge.

During work hours, lane closures will be necessary on I-393 eastbound and westbound. Motorists are requested to slow down and stay alert while traveling through the work area.

Weaver Brothers Construction Company, of Bow is the prime contractor of the $10.6 million road and bridge rehabilitation project, which has a final completion date of October 2017.
