Penacook Man Arrested for Sexual Assault: LOG

Concord Police: A kiss at Margaritas leads to a fight – and a slap and woman charged after crash on Loudon Road.

Amanda N. Gilmartin, 26, of Loudon Road in Pittsfield, was arrested at 10:23 p.m. on Dec. 23, 2015, was charged with simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were called to Market Lane for a report of a man and woman arguing. They made contact with Gilmartin on Warren Street who stated that she was having drinks with family members at Magaritas and later, her brother, kissed another person’s wife on the cheek and was rude. This caused an argument and then she allegedly slapped him, which “deescalated his anger,” according to the woman who was kissed. The victim confirmed that she allegedly slapped him and she was arrested.

Elizabeth M. Desiderio, 26, of Loudon Road in Concord, received a summons at 5 p.m. on Dec. 21, for driving after revocation or suspension, license prohibitions, and traffic crash for failure of traffic entering to yield after an accident on Loudon Road outside of Dunkin’ Donuts. She is due in court on Feb. 1, 2016.

Ronald L. Haith, 36, of Branch Turnpike in Manchester, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. on Dec. 20, for driving after revocation or suspension, failure to use required turn signals, and a bench warrant after not using a turn signal at three turns from Hills Avenue to Fayette Street to South State while rapidly accelerating. Haith reportedly told the officer he wasn’t sure if he had a license or not and had been a designated driver for a friend. A check yielded a warrant out of Nashua District Court for nonpayment of a fine from a driving after revocation or suspension charge from Nov. 3, 2015, with $335 cash bail. Haith was arrested. The officer later found out that his license was suspended on June 6, 2015, and was convicted on July 24, 2015, in Nashua District Court. Haith is due in court on Jan. 25, 2016.

Steven E. Terry, 40, of Canal Street in Penacook, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. on Dec. 18, on a warrant by Manchester Police for sexual assault. He was arrested and turned over to Manchester Police at the Hooksett Park and Ride.

Raven G. Paquin, 19, of Oak Hill Road in Loudon, received a summons at 1:35 p.m. on Dec. 8, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer for allegedly stealing two bandanas and a sweatshirt at Walmart on Loudon Road. She’s due in court on Jan. 25, 2016.

Bobbi-Jo Menard, 39, of South Main Street in Newport, was arrested at 2:47 p.m. on Nov. 27, on two counts of criminal liability for conduct of another and three bench warrants. Also arrested was Jeremiah Menard, 39, of South Main Street in Newport, for theft, theft by deception and willful concealment. Officers were sent to Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road for a man and woman loading up their cart with baby formula and suspected they were going to steal it. While en route, police learned that they were attempting to make a fraudulent return. When police arrived, the suspects were walking to the exit. All of their bags were reportedly empty except one that had a box and cans of baby formula. “The subject stated that he had spaced it and forgot to pay,” the officer alleged. “He asked if he could pay for the items now. I advised him that it was too late. We escorted the two subjects back to the LP office at this time.” A check was run on Bobbi-Jo and she had three active warrants and she was arrested. Jeremiah was arrested later after police watched video of the incident and allegedly saw him place nearly $98 worth of baby formula into a cart and then returned it. After walking out to the couple’s truck, the officer allegedly found formula in the back. Later, police heard from Shaw’s Supermarket for a report of all of their baby formula being gone even though they hadn’t sold any that day. They have court dates in January.

Anthony M. Banks, 32, of Raymond in Biddeford, ME, was arrested at 1:34 a.m. on Nov. 11, for possession of drugs after a traffic stop on South Main Street. While speaking with the operator, another officer stood at the passenger window and alleged that there was a glass bottle of marijuana in the open glove box. He was asked the passenger to step out of the vehicle and when he did, the officer alleged that there was a bag of marijuana in the seat. “Yes, it’s mine and it is under an ounce,” Banks allegedly stated. He was then arrested.
