Penacook Teen Faces Fraudulent Use of Credit Card Charges
Concord Police say she allegedly used card at area stories.

A Merrimack Valley High School student was arrested recently from incidents that occurred in September involving a credit card.
Caitlyn W. Labrie, 17, of Concord was arrested at 12:10 p.m. on Oct. 12, on two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.
The charges stem from alleged incidents on Sept. 14.

The alleged victim in the case was a Manchester woman who was a stranger to Labrie.
Labrie allegedly purchased items from Sam’s Food Store on Sept. 21, with a TD Bank debit card. Police also allege that she stole a bandana, glass pipe, and spice, on Oct. 3, valued at $30, from Deep Discounts, and other food items valued at about $15.

Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000.
Labrie is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.
