Penacook Teen in Trouble Again

Concord Police allege that she, another teen stole money from Merrimack Valley High School.

A Penacook teenager was arraigned last week on more charges after Merrimack Valley High School officials reported missing cash at the school.

Caitlyn W. Labrie, 18 of Concord, was arrested at 10 a.m. on Nov. 9 and charged with receiving stolen property and default or breach of bail conditions.

According to a Concord Police Department arrest report, Labrie is alleged to have stolen $48 from the school on Oct. 19.

The next day, another Penacook teen, Destynee L. Mitchell, 18, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property and default or breach of bail conditions.

Police allege that Mitchell stole from $55 from the school on the same date that Labrie allegedly stole money.

Both were released on personal recognizance bail and arraigned on Nov. 19.

The charges against Labrie were the second in less than a month. She was arrested on Oct. 12, on two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.
