Physical Self Defense Class Starts in March
The R.A.D. Basic Physical Self Defense Class has 10 openings available to women of all ages.

The R.A.D. System of self-defense is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. The R.A.D. System is a comprehensive course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance.
The course includes lecture, discussion, and self-defense techniques suitable for women of all ages and abilities. This is a 12-hour course broken up over four days and taught by nationally certified R.A.D. Instructors. Each student will be given a workbook/reference manual which will outline the entire Physical Defense Program for reference and continuous personal growth. R.A.D. has a free lifetime return and practice policy for all R.A.D. graduates.
This class only has 10 openings. Please sign up by March 11, 2015.

- Who: Women 18 + (13-17 can participate with an adult)
- Location: Central Fire Department Training Room, 24 Horseshoe Pond Lane
- When: March 16, 18, 23, and 25 from 5 to 8 p.m.
