Pickup Truck Crashes Into Concord Dunkin’ Donuts

​The elderly driver was OK after crashing into the side of the South Main Street location on Wednesday.

CONCORD, NH — A pickup truck crashed into the side of a Dunkin’ Donuts location in Concord on Wednesday.

A police officer in the area noticed there was an accident at the South Main Street location just before 5:30 p.m., went to take a look, and requested backup.

Concord fire and rescue teams were then requested to check the building for structural damage. They confirmed there was damage to the restaurant wall. An area inside the restaurant was cordoned off until it can be checked for safety by an engineer.

The driver, an elderly man, appeared to be OK, and declined to be checked by EMTs.

The pickup was a Toyota Tacoma with a handicapped placard.

Police assisted the driver in giving the restaurant his information, and then he left the area.
